Quality, Environment, Health, Safety and Social Responsibility Policy

The Group's Management, aware of the need to promote a sustained social development nature of its activities in the economic, quality, environmental, health, occupational safety and social responsibility areas, takes on all efforts to balance the requirements of its activity with the satisfaction of its clients, employees and other stakeholders, established the following commitments:
  • Ensure the satisfaction of our clients by promoting the quality of our products and services while complying with their own requirements at the same time;
  • Respect national and community legislation and other technical standards issued by applicable reference bodies;
  • Minimize environmental impacts resulting from its activity through the efficient use of resources and the active prevention of pollution in all its aspects, whenever economically and socially sustainable;
  • Promote the prevention of injuries and health problems, minimize risk arising activities and ensure professional development in a safe and healthy environment;
  • Organize work and the value chain in a socially responsible and sustainable way, guaranteeing the non-use of child labour, forced or compulsory labour, free from discrimination, allowing freedom of association and dignification and respect of all workers;
  • Establish goals and targets for improvement in the areas of Quality, Environment, Health, Safety and Social Responsibility, to allow assessing the effectiveness of the Integrated Management System and promote its continuous improvement, while ensuring the availability of the resources needed to achieve these goals and targets;
  • Encourage workers consultation, integrating and bringing them closer to the management bodies, in order to promote working conditions and continuous improvement on the field of Occupational Health and Safety;
  • Raise awareness of all workers, own and subcontracted, to consciously assume their commitments through the disclosure at different levels of the values ​​and performance in the domains of Quality, Environmental protection, Occupational Health and Safety and Social Responsibility.
  • Our Management takes the responsibility for the adoption of this Policy and is committed to its involvement through the definition of goals and targets and the pursuit of the stated principles.
